I am David Evans, an Essex-based writer of crime novels and other works, and the creator of the characters Colin Strong and Bob Souter.

Good news for all those awaiting Book 3 of my Tendring Series – DISCOVERY is now available in paperback and ebook formats. This is set in north Essex in 1978 with connections to crimes committed in 1947 and 1941. DS Cyril Claydon and DI ‘Dick’ Barton have work to do.
